Pursuant to Title III of the Act, Federal, state, and local government agencies are working together in connection with the SNSA EIS to provide for a coordinated and expedited environmental review process. To date, four streamlining meetings have been held between the JLA and Federal, state, and local agencies with jurisdiction over an environmental review, analysis, opinion, permit, license, or approval to discuss the status of the SNSA EIS.
